Cross Papamoa Beach Road and reserve and walk 1 min to fabulous white sandy surf beach of Papamoa Beach. 5 minutes walk from Papamoa Surf Club. The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk to Fashion Island, local cafes, an 8 minute drive to Bayfair shopping centre, 15 min drive to Tauranga airport and Mt Maunganui. Beautiful views to Mayor and Motiti Islands. Great place to relax, enjoy the beach, surf, fish, base yourself for any events in the Tauranga/Mount/BOP area. Off street parking for one vehicle. Suitable for mature adults and families. No parties.

Summary: Diane was very gracious upon arrival. She tutored us on adapters and converters…..she even lent me her hair flat iron for our stay! The location is the biggest asset…….you are directly across from the beach. Our request for a later checkout was denied …….we had a very long day of travel ahead and a more relaxed morning would have been so welcomed. The mornings on the deck were so enjoyed!
